TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment must be made at time of check out using our secured PayPal shopping Cart.  If an order is cancelled before Paypal is completed you will be sent an email as a reminder that there is an order pending and you will have the option to continue the process or cancel the whole order.

Items will not be shipped out without full payment received.  Once this occurs an email will be sent to notify you of the change in status of your order.  If a product is backordered or out of stock at the moment you will be emailed with an estimated date of arrival and can have the option of waiting for the whole order to ship at once or separately.  Most backorders take about a week to get. 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on products unless they are fully sealed and in brand new condition.  Due to the type of product we carry we cannot issue a refund until the product has been shipped back and inspected.  We have the right to refuse service to any customer we cannot find a resolution with.  We appreciate your business and will do whatever possible to keep the transactions as smooth as possible.
